Junior Golf Classes

Our Junior Golf Class is intended to get your child hooked on the game of golf.  The fundamentals of the game will be taught in a safe and fun setting.  Children 5-16 are encouraged to attend.  Each class consists of 4 one-hour sessions.  Clubs will be provided to those without a set.

• April  2010 Class:    Wednesday 4/7, 4/14, 4/21, 4/28 
• May  2010 Class:    Wednesday 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 5/26
• June  2010 Class:    Wednesday 6/2, 6/9, 6/16, 6/30  No class on the 23rd
• Time:  4:30pm - 5:30pm
• Cost:  $75.00 per junior/per class
• Class size is limited to 8 juniors.  Please sign up in advance.

San Jose Municipal Junior Golf Club 2010

The Junior Golf Club was designed to give junior golfers access to San Jose Municipal GC for $5.00 ($7.00 Savings) at appropriate junior golf times. Benefits include discounted green fees, & NCGA handicap.  Cost for the Junior Golf Club is $15.00 and good thru December 2010

Saturday Junior Golf Clinics

• When: Every Saturday
• Time: 11:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m.
• Who: All juniors ages 4-17
• Cost: $10.00 includes a hot dog lunch

Junior Golf Clubs

Most juniors develop their swings using faulty equipment that leads to life long swing flaws. Historically, kids learned the game with adult clubs that were cut down to junior size, but were still way too heavy and unbalanced which made learning the game difficult for even the most athletic kids. Allow the staff at San Jose Municipal GC to fit your junior golfer into a new set of Accu-Length, US Kids, Nike, Cobra or Callaway golf clubs.
